Villa Ulika has ground floor and first floor. Surface of the villa is 120 m². The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons. At the entrance to the villa there is a covered terrace. On the back side of the villa there is another covered terrace intended for outdoor living. This terrace has the communication with back courtyard, there is the table for 6 people and close to it you’ll find the outdoor fireplace / grill. Further on in the courtyard are the pool and volleyball court. Three large olive trees are providing special charm to the courtyard.
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, furnished with shabby chic furniture and equipped with all necessary household appliances. To the guests are also available free Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, DVD.
On the ground floor are located kitchen, dining room with a table for 6 people and a living room with a fireplace, sofa , armchairs and a vanity table . On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with a washing machine.
Internal staircase leads to the first and second floor where there are two bedrooms: turquoise green room and Venetian blue room. They are furnished with metal beds and turquoise green and Venetian blue wardrobes with bedside cabinets. On the first floor there is a bedroom that has a private terrace. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outdoor pool dimension is 9x4 m and depth is 1.35 m. Connected to outdoor pool there is children’s pool with dimension 3x1,5 m and a depth of 30-40 cm. The pool is surrounded by beach for sunbathing.

In the house next door there is a wellness center available to our guests. Wellness area is equipped with a Turkish bath and Finnish sauna whirlpool for 4 people and space for relax. There is separate room for massage.

Sports facilities
In the back yard next to the pool there is a volleyball court measuring 10x5 meters. Apart from volleyball you can play badminton too. Also available is a table tennis table. For those who love cycling we have 8 bikes available. Through the village pass the cycling routes. In the village you can use for free tennis court and football field, basketball and outdoor bowling and the village is surrounded by paths and trails suitable for walking and jogging. Near Barat there are two marked trails for free climbing. One is located just 2 km from Barat above Dvigrad on the north side of Lim and the other at the end of the Lim canal above the road.

Our playground has swings and a small house with a slide. In the village next to the tennis court there is also children's playground with swings.

Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrer Villa. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort ist sehr schön und auch die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett! Tolle und ruhige Lage. Auch das Meer und Rovinj ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben auch tolle Tips für Ausflüge erhalten. Absolut empfehlenswert! À quasiment égale distance de Porec, Rovinj et Pula : C’est un point de départ idéal pour visiter l’Istrie. À conseiller vivement !
